~ The products that we create are unique, made with mostly natural materials from the places we’ve been to and people we’ve met. There are some jewellery that can be multiplied but having in mind that every piece is handmade, each having exclusive features and some differences. ~

Exchanges and Returns

According to the legislation in Portugal, you can make an exchange within a maximum period of 14 days, except for products made to a specific order or clearly personalized. The exchange will only be carried out after a complete analysis of the product in which it is concluded that it has no traces of use. The exchange is made for another product of equal or greater value, and in case of a new shipment, the shipping costs will be added. To make an exchange, contact us.

We do NOT accept returns, only if a product that we created has a functional or structural malfunction. In that case you’ll need to: 1. Send us a photo via e-mail of the piece in cause until 15 days after the arrival; If accepted you can: 2. Ship the item back to us (support the costs). When the item arrives, we’ll refund you until 15 days after receiving it.
Remember: If you choose the normal shipping in CTT or any kind of untracked delivery system, we cannot be responsible for any damage or lost shipping.

Repairs and maintenance

In case you want a repair or maintenance, get in touch with us. Depending on the type of damage extra fees might be applied, including the shipping cost.

Shipping

The shipping price is entirely the customer responsibility except any promotion referring to otherwise.

All the orders will be delivered by CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.

There are two main categories of shipping: – Normal and – Registered (tracked).

If the normal category of shipping is chosen, it will not be our responsibility in case of damage or lost shipping. We didn’t experience any problem with the normal category yet, although the safest option is registered due to be tracked.

We always take a picture of the package when it’s shipped.
